O-Zone Teambuilding Workshop

ChimneysThe O-Zone teambuilding game is a face to face business game played by 2 or more teams competing in a life or death scenario. Each team has to decide how they can save as many people as possible in a forthcoming disaster. They have to create a plan of action and acquire limited resources with varying availability over time. There are differing risks and ‘values’ associated with each resource and group of people.

Variables can be added to increase the level of change and difficulty the teams have to deal with.

The game runs for approximately 1-3 hours, depending on the complexity required and size of teams, plus an hour for an introduction to teambuilding and review of the results.

We look at:

* Key characteristics of an Effective Team
* Then experience creating a team to solve a critical problem.

What do our customers say?

“Jacqui ran a team building course for my employees. They all came away from it having learned valuable lessons and were talking about it for days afterwards. We are going to book her again. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

One Response to O-Zone teambuilding (Workshop)

  1. “History shows us that the people who end up changing the world – the great political, social, scientific, technological, artistic, even sports revolutionaries – are always nuts, until they are right, and then they are geniuses.” – John Eliot
