Innovatrix© is a structured way of identifying how ready you are to implement your idea. It is based on a structured interview used extensively over the last 3 years to assess readiness for the DTI’s investigating an Innovative idea. This has been combined with experience of successfully progressing innovative projects to produce the Innovatrix©.
