Business Conversations No 1
A small group of micro business owners/managers meet up on a monthly basis to answer business related questions and discuss and resolve issues that they are experiencing in an informal but facilitated group. There is no fee and no commitment to come regularly, although those who do, get more benefit. Jacqui facilitates the conversation, making sure it stays on track, that everyone gets an opportunity to ask for help if they choose to, plus bringing her own knowledge and experience to help resolve any problems or questions raised. Your questions or ‘issues’ don’t need to be complex. It may be that you’d like some additional ideas for marketing, have a difficult customer, need to review your business goals, haven’t recruited staff before, want to use technology but don’t know where to start or need some tips on managing suppliers better etc. etc.
Where and when?
Usually the last thursday of the month. Meeting dates for 2012 below.
We meet in the bar area of the Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross. Although there’s no need to book, it helps to know who’s coming. If you have a particular issue to discuss please let me know beforehand, if you can, so I can prepare accordingly. Cost – a cup of coffee/tea.

What do our customers say?
“Jacqui is a great listener and is able to pitch the meetings very well around what is topical & personal to the group in front of her. She always delivers a high quality, fast moving meeting which I have valued in my business with tips and hints and advise for FREE except the coffee! The other people have always been a great way to informally get advise and feedback on anything which is bugging you with like minded professionals without feeling stupid because you don’t already know the answer. Jacqui is an inspiration and a real life business guri that I can tap into.” Penny, Tips’n'Toes.
“Business conversations has provided me with a wealth of experience to learn from. The variety of businesses and people who come along provide different insights that can be useful to businesses from all walks and stages of life.
Jacqui herself is the perfect host and always makes sure everyone gets the opportunity to speak and share their ideas and views.
Business conversations is an invaluable calendar date for every business.” Fiona, Cansdales.
“I attended Business Conversations several times during 2010. I found it a great forum in which to discuss business issues in some depth with people who, like myself, are working to grow their businesses. I think Business Conversations succeeds because the people attending are prepared to participate and share their insights and experience.
Jacqui Hogan of CoCreative facilitates the discussions very effectively. She helps people to spark ideas off one another and she steers the conversations towards useful conclusions. When I leave a Business Conversations meeting I feel I have used my time wisely.” Margaret, The Adams Consultancy
